Delivery Timeline

• Jaipur (Standard Courier): Delivery within 1–2 business days.
• Jaipur (Express Delivery): If you need your order urgently, we can arrange delivery through Rapido, Porter, or similar services. Delivery is usually completed within 1–2 hours, subject to availability. The courier charges for express delivery will be paid by the customer.
• Rajasthan: Delivery within 3–4 business days.
• Rest of India: Delivery within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

• FREE Shipping on all regular-priced orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India.
• Express delivery via Rapido, Porter, or any local delivery partner is chargeable and the cost will be borne by the customer.
• During sale offers, festive promotions, clearance sales, or special discount campaigns, shipping charges may apply even if the order qualifies for free shipping under normal conditions.

Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
